Comments: Tailor Lofts DTLA Pet Policy Tailor Lofts DTLA welcomes residents with pets under the following guidelines and requirements: 1. Approval Required All pets must be approved by management prior to being brought onto the property. Management reserves the right to deny pet approval based on breed, size, or behavior concerns. 2. Deposits & Fees Pet Deposit: $250 (per pet, refundable subject to inspection at move-out). Monthly Pet Fee: $100 per pet. Maximum Allowed: 2 pets per unit. 3. Resident Responsibilities Residents are fully responsible for any damage caused by their pets, including damage to unit interiors, common areas, or landscaping. All pets must be kept on a leash while in common areas and under control at all times. Pet waste must be properly disposed of in designated areas. Failure to do so may result in additional charges or revocation of pet privileges. Excessive noise, aggression, or disruptive behavior may result in management requiring the pet’s removal from the property. 4. Restricted Animals Certain aggressive breeds and exotic animals are not permitted. A full list of restricted animals is available upon request from management. 5. Agreement By bringing a pet onto the property, residents agree to abide by this policy and acknowledge that failure to comply may result in fines, additional fees, or removal of the pet from the premises.
